Wing Chun Kung Fu’s
Siu Nim Tao form
Thanks for joining me on this page and a special thanks to Sifu Derek of Wing Chun Inc. (www.wingchuninc.com.au) for helping me with this video. Many students have asked me for a video of this form and whilst there is a plethora of them on Youtube here is me doing it just as we do it in class.
I have also put together some written instructions that you can download and print to help you follow along as well. Try to practice the form every day, it should only takes about 6 or 7 minutes, a bit longer if you either spend more time in the “A” section or just slow the whole thing right down and relax as much as possible.
This page is meant to be a help to those beginning their journey in Wing Chun Kung Fu. There is so much more to this form than meets the eye and you will need the guidance of a good Sifu/ teacher to help you develop an understanding of this profound form. I hope you enjoy this and use it to learn the movements so we can spend more class time on other things. If you have any questions about the form bring them to class or use our facebook page (the link is at the top & bottom of this page) to send me your question. Remember we are all in this journey together, some of us have just walked a few more steps, but we all remember where we started – Siu Nim Tao
